Nexus is pleased to welcome Julio Palacio as their new Chief Product and Technology Officer. In this role, Julio will oversee both the product and technology organizations as they support the evolving needs and goals of Nexus’ Real Estate customers.

Palacio brings a wealth of entrepreneurial and corporate experience to Nexus, having spent over 25 years leading organizations and overseeing their technology, product management, business operations, software development, design, enterprise applications, and IT strategy. Most recently, Julio was Vice President of Technology for Travelport, a global technology solutions provider for the travel industry. During his tenure there, he was instrumental in the delivery of a Robotic Process Automation solution. Palacio also served as Chief Technology Officer for eSecuritel Holdings LLC, a Brightstar Company, based in Atlanta. He was a key early contributor to eSecuritel’s success as it grew from a $5M valuation to $300M valuation in the span of just a few years. Julio’s experience in a myriad of strategic and technical roles make him an incredibly valuable addition to Nexus.

Palacio holds a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Florida International University. He has several registered patents to his name.
