Falls Church, VA – Nexus Systems experienced a 2015 full of monumental achievements that further solidified its position as the leading provider of accounts payable and procure-to-pay solutions. With exponential growth in sales and personnel, Nexus Systems built upon its record-breaking stats from 2014 and pushed the envelope in terms of service and product enhancement.

Nexus Systems’ legacy of substantial year-over-year revenue growth continued with a 51 percent increase in new license bookings at year-end. Additionally, the company continued to broaden its global presence all across North America, Latin America, Europe and Australia. Nexus Systems also expanded into new verticals such as hospitality, healthcare and senior living, trade associations, education and manufacturing. From a business development perspective, numerous certified integration development partnerships, such as with Sage and Intacct, were further established.

As Nexus Systems’ client base and the number of countries in which it operates increased in 2015, the company realized an opportunity for a groundbreaking advancement in its infrastructure and processes. This actualization resulted in bringing aboard Erik Knutila to serve as Vice President of Governance and Risk to manage the company’s growing compliance activities, including internal and external audits, strategic planning and process improvements.
Likewise, Nexus Systems heightened its customer service initiatives by welcoming Robert Stoneking, Senior Vice President of Customer Success, and Wes Barnes, Director of Customer Success, to scale-up customer support processes and communication protocols that enhance customer-to-vendor relations; this included the redesigning of the company’s help desk model with the adoption of Zendesk, the market leader in customer support software. Staying in pace with the company’s rapid client growth from 2013 to 2015, Nexus Systems has also grown significantly in the number of total employees.

Capitalizing on the client growth and retention on Nexus Systems’ flagship product, NexusPayables, several of its modules also experienced amplified success. NexusCatalog, which enables companies to effectively search and order among their various supplier catalogs, grew by 300 percent in total 2015 spend. Total client enrollment of NexusVendorConnect, a vendor portal module that allows suppliers to easily submit electronic invoices, more than doubled from 2014.

“Nexus Systems couldn’t be more thrilled with its continued growth and accomplishments in 2015,” says Nexus Systems CEO Tom Coolidge. “Our dedication to investing in talented employees, focusing on customer service and making smart partnership decisions allows us to sustain our reign as the best-in-class accounts payable and procure-to-pay solution.”

The outstanding success gained in 2015 served as great momentum going into 2016, and Nexus Systems looks forward to once again breaking records as the company discovers innovative ways to service the industry.
