Falls Church, VA – The year 2013 was another extremely successful year for Nexus Systems. The company is pleased to report increases in company size, invoice and invoice amount processed, number of users, and retention rate.
Over the last year, Nexus Systems grew in employee size and location size. Nexus added 15 new employees to several different departments to account for the company’s expanding client base. In November, Nexus Systems moved to a location nearly double the size to accommodate the growing company.
As a result of the expanding client base, Nexus Systems set a new record in invoice volume and total invoice transaction amount processed. In calendar year 2013, Nexus Systems showed a 26 percent increase in the total number of invoices processed and a 29 percent increase in the total invoice transaction amount processed. In 2013 the company processed a total of 4,255,314 invoices, correlating to a total invoice amount of $25,757,165,396.33.
Not only did Nexus Systems show an increase in invoice volume and total invoice transaction amount processed, but the company’s premier product, NexusPayables, saw significant growth in usage. NexusPayables now serves over 21,500 users and over 36,000 properties, and embraces over 1.1 million vendors. The growth in NexusPayables usage meant more deployments and more trainings of clients. In the year 2013, Nexus Systems provided onsite training to clients with an average satisfaction score of 4.65 out of a 5 point scale.
Nexus Systems’ success did not go unnoticed. The company was ranked for the second year in a row in Inc. Magazine’s 500|5000. Also, the company’s focus on customer support was well noticed by all its current clients, resulting in an astonishing 99 percent customer retention rate for 2013.
