Arlington, VA (October 20th, 2005) Nexus Systems is pleased to announce Pacific Real Estate Management Group, Inc. (PREM) as a new and valued client. PREM is a leading provider of commercial real estate services throughout the Pacific Northwest focusing on efficient technologies. PREM chose NexusPayables e-invoicing software to convert their paper-intensive invoicing process to a fully automated, web-based system with electronic images and workflow.

NexusPayables is a powerful, yet easy-to-use tool that electronically routes invoices and purchase orders and creates significant operating efficiencies by providing outsourced scanning capabilities. NexusPayables will enable PREM to have an automatic, two-way integration with their existing accounting package, IRES (MRI).

“The real-time budgeting control within NexusPayables will be a big benefit to PREM. Now, we will be able to see exactly where we stand month-to-date and year-to-date on any expense category as we approve invoices for each property. Outsourced scanning will also play a big role in making our A/P process more efficient. PREM is committed to becoming a paperless office and this will mean a dramatic reduction in paper. In addition, NexusPayables integrates into our operational system where authorized users can measure and analyze data in real-time. This gives our employees and customers the ability to make more intelligent and timely business decisions”, said Jacob Johnson, President of PREM Group, Inc.

“PREM understands the value of using systems that seamlessly talk to each other to provide real-time information to make important business decisions. PREM chose NexusPayables to handle their purchasing and invoicing and by converting their current paper-based process, PREM will see some significant time and cost savings. In addition, the consolidated reporting that NexusPayables offers will provide the CAM and Owners reports that traditionally have taken days to prepare. This decision shows yet another reason PREM is proving itself as an industry leader”, said Thomas Runyon, Senior Director of Sales at Nexus Systems.

To fully automate their A/P process, PREM will take advantage of NexusPayables’ outsourced scanning capabilities. Now, all of PREM’s invoices will be received, processed, scanned and indexed off-site, resulting in a turnkey electronic approval process. Once the invoices have been scanned into NexusPayables, they will be routed automatically across the organization based on PREM’s business rules. In addition, a breakdown of the current period and current year budget and variance for that GL code or category is incorporated in the NexusPayables system and is available to all approved PREM users. Finally, Nexus Systems’ automatic two-way integration with IRES software allows for a seamless transfer of all relevant data between NexusPayables and their GL package.
