Nexus continues to evolve its offerings and we’re thrilled to announce that NexusConnect is taking big steps forward. You may already be familiar with its functionality that allows you to:

  • Create and submit invoices
  • Track the progression and status of an invoice within your customer’s approval process
  • Receive purchase orders (POs)
  • Administer compliance documents
  • Maintain your contact information

NexusConnect will now also allow you to experience even greater operational efficiencies since you can receive notification of pending customer payments and process payments right from the portal!

And we’re not leaving you to learn about all this outstanding new functionality on your own. We’ve introduced Show Me How, a learning aid embedded right within NexusConnect! Show Me How will help you become familiar with today’s NexusConnect functionality, as well as future enhancements as they are rolled out.

That’s not all, either! We’re excited to share the latest offering in autonomous education by announcing the launch of the Customer Support Portal. The Customer Support Portal is a web based help center and ticket submission tool that makes a wealth of educational resources available to you. It houses all product documentation and, in the future, will also facilitate community content. If you’re looking to increase your knowledge on a specific Nexus-related topic, the portal search field is the place to start.
