During these sessions, an instructor will demonstrate the following functionality:

  • Accessing & navigating the Reporting Tool (“New!”)
  • Building a report
  • Configuring filters & permissions
  • Running a report, viewing an individual record & output options

If you’d like a bit of personal attention, join us on the Self-Service Reporting: Live Hotline! During these times, a Training Services team member will be online to answer your “How to build/replicate?” questions and support you as you become more familiar with this highly flexible data extraction tool.

Please note:

  • Please plan to attend one of the Self-Service Reporting: Web Training sessions first if you wish to participate in the sessions below
  • Each session is limited to 4 participating customer organizations
  • Each participating organization has up to 15 minutes of support from the trainer
  • If we’re not able to field your questions within the session’s hour, please email to schedule a follow-up call
